Our excursion starts early in the morning ( about 08.00 )with our guide picking you from your hotel – or the closest accessible – pick up location.
- Arkadi Monastery
You are heading east to Rethymnon region while our guide is informing you about the history and the legacy of this Orthodox Monastery. When you arrive at the monastery you will have free time ( about one hour ) to admire the Church ( Main – Catholic – Church of the Monastery ), the Historic Dining Room, the Cellars, the Power Keg, the Museum and the Art Gallery of the Monastery)
- Margarites Village
Visiting the traditional pottery village called Margarites ( in Greek Margarites means the flower Daisies ) and seeing the handmade ceramics. (about 1 hour)
- Rethymno city
Heading to the graphic town of Rethymno where you will have free time (about 2 hours) to visit the Old Town alleys, traditional tavernas with the picturesque view of Rethymno beach.
- Return to your hotel.
